Are you experienced in scheduling and coordinating a complex and moving rota?
A pioneering digital mental health innovator, that has recently become recognised as an established charity, are seeking a Clinical Rota Coordinator & Administrator to become a permanent member of the team. This incredible organisation works in partnership with charity partners, academic institutions and the corporate sector to enhance how people have conversations surrounding their mental health.
You will be fundamentally responsible for building and coordinating rotas for a growing team of Clinical Supervisors on a 24/7 platform, ensuring these are kept up-to-date with staffing levels optimised at all times for the service to effectively operate. It is crucial that there is a fair allocation of shifts and rotas are published promptly with approved leave requests, sickness absence and shift swaps assigned daily. Working in partnership, but reporting to, the Clinical Managers you will assist in resolving concerns relating to shifts, while also assisting them in gathering and analysing Key Performance Indicators for effective performance management.
Additionally you will support the Finance Manager in verifying contractor invoices against the rota as well as supporting in collecting on boarding documentation, such as right-to-work documents and contracts.
In order to be successful, it is essential that you have previously managed the scheduling of a challenging rota and have been successful in its ongoing development. As a highly organised individual you will have excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail. We are seeking an individual who has strong communication skills and is comfortable in their administrative experience and their ability to pick up and utilise a range of IT systems.
