Description

• Supporting Marketing Manager by providing input into strategic and tactical planning.

• Identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations on how to implement these.

• Plan and implement supporter and stewardship campaigns across all integrated channels.

• Managing the marketing executive to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

• Working with the data and insight team to agree targeting approach and data selection criteria for campaigns.

• Working with the wider Legacy Marketing teams to ensure plans are in place to convert recruited supporters through to leaving a gift in their Will.

• Monitoring, reporting and analysing campaigns and activity and sharing with stakeholders.

• Managing agencies and external suppliers and using negotiation and persuasion to drive results where necessary.

• Overseeing direct report in responding to supporter enquiries.

• Further development of the supporter events programme, leading on event planning and execution including setting of standards to meet supporter expectations.

Profile

• Multi-channel experience including offline and digital.

• Strong relationship building skills.

• Experience of negotiation and influencing in stakeholder management.

• Specialised fundraising experience gained either in an agency or client side.

• Experience of managing and analysing income and expenditure budgets.

• Extensive project or campaign management experience.

• Proven experience of managing suppliers and agency relationships.

• Print and production knowledge.

• Ability to analyse various sources of data, whilst comparing previous results.
