Full Time – 37 hours per week
Temporary contract to 31 March 2020 (with the possibility of this being extended / made permanent)
£28,090 to £30,014 pa

This is an exciting time to join our client! They’re a charitable housing association managing around 1400 homes in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
They have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed and proactive individual to join their Housing team to deliver high quality generic housing management and leaseholder services that meet the needs and expectations of current and future customers and the wider community.
This role will provide effective tenancy, housing and leasehold management in order to build community cohesion. It will see you develop, build and maintain relationships with customers and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective management of housing and landlord services, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role to include working knowledge of delivering high quality housing management, lettings and income services. You will also possess a vocational qualification at level 3 in Housing or relevant area, or knowledge and experience at an equivalent level.
You must have excellent communication and active listening skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English. You will be proactive, able to work effectively with others and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
A full current driving licence and access to own car is essential.
