The Philanthropy Manager will work within a small and dedicated team of fundraisers working across a variety of sites and projects. The Philanthropy Manager will be responsible for developing and driving forward a new philanthropy programme for HCT, working to agreed targets and ultimately aiming to grow major gift income year-on-year.

You will work with a handful of existing relationships but will be comfortable sourcing new support at a variety of philanthropic levels. The selected candidate will be familiar with the entire donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship process and will be comfortable working very closely with CEO, trustees and senior staff to secure major gifts.
