Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a new innovative not-for-profit focused on environmental movements and nutrition. They are currently looking to recruit a new Head of Operations to help build the organisation from the ground up within the UK.

The Head of Operations will establish and run all aspects of the UK operations. Working with the Managing Director, you will work to build the organisation and be at the heart of the work they do, lending a hand to any task required to establish the organisation.

You will handle aspects of operations, legal, HR and IT, to name a few, and not be afraid to get stuck in where needed.

This is an exciting opportunity for a pragmatic and passionate individual with previous experience of establishing and building an organisation. You will have proven experience of setting up new processes and procedures with excellent communication skills to be able to handle negotiations and contractual elements within the role. A good understanding of the UK charity sector would be beneficial, with an understanding of fundraising and development.

The ability to speak a European language would be beneficial.
