Our client a leading homeless charity are seeking a highly experienced Analyst sitting within the Data Management and Insight Team on an interim basis ASAP for approx. 2-3 months, centrally based with easy access to tube and main line stations.

As part of the DMI Team, the Senior Insight Analyst will occupy a crucial role producing analysis and reporting for client teams within the Income Generation, Campaigns and Retail

The post holders' output is essential in enabling insight driven decision making within Fundraising. Campaigns and Retail and will include the production of dashboards to measure campaign success, designing, building and maintaining SQL database to produce both online and offline reporting and analytics. They will also be responsible for the design, production and implementation of predictive models used to increase fundraising efficiency.

The post-holder will use digital reporting tools such as google analytics to provide reporting and insight on Fundraising's website traffic, donations, conversions and social presence.

The Senior Insight Analyst will be responsible for producing and synchronising a reporting dataset including a range of measures used to produce management information and measure performance across Fundraising. They will develop and oversee the schedule and maintenance of the required SQL scripts and databases.

With a logical approach to work, strong skills in data interpretation, manipulation and presentation, as well as an understanding of the principles of database management and marketing, the Analyst will build upon existing knowledge through supporting a dynamic and innovative team.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable experience of blending and interrogating multiple sources of data to achieve exceptional levels of actionable insight across different audiences, consumers, and markets
• Experience of applying data analytics, modelling, and reporting from CRM systems to improve business/audience understanding and drive performance
• Experience of qualitative and quantitative research methods and their application to improve business/audience understanding.
• Advanced SQL for data manipulation and the ability to write optimised and efficient SQL queries, execute and create SQL stored procedures, views and maintain & update Overnight Scheduled Jobs.
• Working knowledge of digital reporting metrics and web traffic statistics using tools like Google Analytics.
