Job Details
Harris Hill is proud to be working with one of the UK's top health and social care organisations, who are looking for a new Campaigns Manager.
As part of the Campaigns and Public Affairs team, the Campaigns Manager will manage a team of 5 campaigners leading the organisation's campaigning function. This position brings a real mix of online and offline campaigning, and the postholder will have oversight of a network of 20,000 grassroots campaigners creating change in communities around the country. Public and supporter mobilisation is at the heart of this role, and the Campaigns Manager will be expected to lead, develop and trial innovative and impactful campaigning strategies to drive awareness, engagement and action from key audiences and decision makers. Moreover, the charity traditionally campaigns on general elections, making this appointment rather timely.
Responsibilities for this position will be broad and varied, especially in the context of a large charity. Perhaps you'll be a Senior Officer in a large charity working across multiple policy areas, or a Campaigns Manager with oversight of a national campaigning function: appointable candidates will have experience of line management and of managing a large campaigns function.
This is a full-time, permanent position paying 45,000 - 48,000 p.a. The charity is proud to offer a range of flexible working options, whether that's compressed hours, working from home or otherwise (to be discussed with the line manager).
If you are interested in applying for this position, please send your most recent CV and expression of interest to harry.marven@harrishill.co.uk. The deadline for applications is Sunday 10th November, with final applications to be submitted on Monday 11th. Please note that applications will be judged on a rolling basis; and only suitable applicants will be contacted with further information.
