Description

• Develop and manage the brand guidelines with an appropriate agency, including the selection and relationship management of the agency and developing agency briefs

• Identify the role social media can play in enhancing and developing the position as a trusted, local insurance expert and develop and deliver a comprehensive plan of activity for social media

• Ensure all local marketing communication and materials reach the standards that our clients expect

• Develop and manage local campaigns and events in order to increase awareness in its branch locations

• Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and belief in the value that marketing activity can add

• Manage and monitor all customer communication including reviews, surveys and monitor and report on trends in social media

• Ensure that all activity has a clear purpose and business need / benefit and measure and report on these on an ongoing basis

Profile

* Proven experience of developing brand and communication plans in a network based business at local and national level

* Understanding of Insurance marketing and sales distribution including the UK competitive landscape and potential strategies for growth

* Highly energetic and driven - able to work with people and get them to follow and deliver for you even when you are not their direct line manager

* Experience of using social media for communication and marketing
