It’s a great time to join BWC. We already support thousands of people every year and our new strategy will see us grow further, expanding our offering and reaching more clients.

About the Role

Your key purpose will be to manage the day-to-day running of BWC’s Finance function, to apply the Charity’s finance and accounting policies and procedures effectively, to produce management reports in line with BWC’s reporting framework, to support the Head of Finance and IT in the preparation of the quarterly Finance & Investment Committee reports and to prepare the annual statutory financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and Charity SORP.

About You

In order to succeed you will have a sound working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft Excel; strong attention to detail, producing work with a high level of accuracy; excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to use information effectively and apply sound judgement in order to make decisions.  You will be adaptable and organised in prioritising workloads; work effectively to deadlines with minimum supervision and demonstrate integrity, understanding the care needed with sensitive information.

What we Offer

  • 30 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays
