Temporary 9 months contract with possible extension, Full Time (37 hours per week)
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for an Income Officer on a temporary basis.
In this key role you will be responsible for the accurate setting and maintaining of rents in accordance with the regulator’s Rent Standard and manage the rent accounts of Private Sector Leasing (PSL) landlords. You will also liaise with solicitors and leaseholders during the sales process and you will raise sundry invoices, perform cash allocation and administer the end to end Direct Debit process.
The postholder will also be responsible for a selection of the following tasks to be covered across the team:
• Assisting leaseholders during the sale of their properties;
• Raising invoices for the various Paradigm companies
• Control the full Direct Debit process in line with BAC’s regulations and Paradigm Housing Group procedures
• Manage the rent accounts of PSL landlords
The successful candidate must have experience of financial systems and processes as well as good communication skills both verbal and written. You must be numerate, accurate and have a high level of attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. A positive approach, results and solution focussed, you will also be flexible, resourceful and open to change. It would be beneficial to be part qualified or working towards a financial qualification however this is not essential.
