We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified change management practitioner to join our clients Business Strategy and Programme Management Service team, as Senior Project and Change Manager.

Position: Senior Project and Change Manager

Location: Based in Sidmouth, Devon – “an area of outstanding natural beauty”

Hours: Full-time

Salary: £44,000

Contract: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

Benefits: Generous annual leave, pension scheme, Healthshield plan, confidential counselling service, subsidised restaurant, free parking, enhanced maternity/paternity benefits, Life Assurance Scheme, 31 day’s holiday per year, inclusive of the 8 statutory public holidays. This increases by one day each year until a maximum of 34 days is reached.

These are exciting times for the Charity, as they embark upon an evolutionary period of change and development. Embracing a new approach to strategic planning and transformation and recognising the need to invest in resources, they now have an excellent opportunity for a qualified change management practitioner to join their Business Strategy and Programme Management Service team in Sidmouth.

The Role

The Senior Project and Change Manager will provide clarity, management and motivation in delivering improvement and large-scale and far-reaching change initiatives. They will work collaboratively across the charity to enable the organisation to achieve its priorities and strategic aims.

About You

As Senior Project and Change Manager, you will have:

 

  • Highly developed communications skills.
  • A proven track record of embedding change through programmes and projects of strategic significance.
  • Demonstrable experience of having successfully led and motivated senior managers and other key stakeholders as members of a programme or project team.
  • Aformal qualification in change management and/or programme or project management or equivalent.
  • Experience of successfully managing and delivering complex, concurrent projects of varying budgets and timeframes.
  • Experience of mentoring and training others in the use of Programme, Project and/or Change Management methodology.

 

Experience of working for complex multi-site organisations and of working in the not for profit sector, is desirable.
