We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Supervisor (Treasury) to join our clients team in Sidmouth.
Position: Finance Supervisor (Treasury)
Location: Based in Sidmouth, Devon – “an area of outstanding natural beauty”
Hours: Full-time 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,103
Contract: Permanent

The Role
Responsible for ensuring strong relationships are maintained with budget managers and administrators, the Finance Supervisor (Treasury) will improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on charity performance and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
You will:
- Have supervisory responsibility for the Accounts Payable function.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and allocated accurately and appropriately.
- Assist with management of the insurance claim process.
- Liaise with insurance brokers regarding claims and tracking claims through to resolution and payment.
- Organise cash flow and investment reports, in addition to weekly review and reporting.
About You
Possessing commercial experience in an accounting function with special reference to cashiering, treasury and accounting routines/procedures, you will have:
- An understanding of overseas currency.
- Extensive experience in the use of accounting software.
- An understanding of accounting systems and financial control procedures.
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
An AAT (or similar) qualification/part qualification would be an advantage or desire to commence training.
