Performance and Service Improvement Advisor - Jobshare Opportunity / Customer Engagement Advisor

Salary: £17,903 per annum

Based: Walsall, West Midlands

Hours: 18.5 Hours

Our client has an exciting job share opportunity for a Performance and Service Improvement Advisor, supporting their repairs teams.

The role is for 18.5 hours per week over 2.5 days; however they do have some flexibility in relation to the number of hours and specific days you will work. You’ll be job-sharing alongside other members of the team. 

There’s a whole range of exciting things to get stuck into within the job role but also in the wider business with charity events and wellbeing activities. Working with the asset management team is really interesting and their colleagues are both receptive to change and customer focussed. 

The role would suit someone who is passionate about improving their services, you will have the opportunity to really analyse performance and make the necessary changes that will help their colleagues and customers. A really exciting part of the role is making a difference to their customers lives, you will work closely with their repairs teams to understand what they can do to improve major works and repairs to their customers’ homes.

Another part of the role is customer engagement, you will work with teams across the organisation to help them understand how to drive learning from complaints, whilst also ensuring their offer is tailored to their customers needs.

To perform this role, you will need a really good understanding of how to design performance reports to enable you to become an expert in performance reporting and continuous improvement.
