£38128 to £43285 per annum

Permanent - Full Time (36 hours)

 

Our client (established in 2006) manages Council housing in Sutton. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of housing services to around 6,000 Council tenants and 1,500 leaseholders. They are revolutionising the way they communicate and engage with their employees, stakeholders and customers across all channels enhancing their reputation as a great service provider and employer of choice. The role is based at their head offices in Sutton. Their purpose is to deliver homes and communities where residents feel happy and secure.

 

About the role - They are currently seeking a Performance & Customer Insight Manager to ensure their is data and insight lead by providing key analysis and intelligence of customer insight data to underpin business planning, drive service improvement actions and targeted delivery of services

 

About you - You will have proven experience of  using a wide range of customer insight tools and techniques, ability to process and analyse complex data, a positive “can-do” outlook and a passion for helping drive customer focussed outcomes and lasting service improvements. You will have experience of working with the social housing sector.

 

You will ensure they have meaningful, streamlined and reliable performance information and take an active business partnering approach to supporting senior managers.
