TPP is proud to be working in partnership with a leading and dynamic healthcare charity for young people to recruit for a Head of Innovation and New Product Development. The charity is well established and has exciting growth plans in which this role will play a key part.

You will be responsible for setting up a new function whereby you will develop new products across a range of fundraising audiences and streams. Working across the organisation you will lead on and identify new strategic opportunities for innovation and new product development. You will adopt a test and learn, fail fast approach to growth using supporter feedback and data. Finally, you will also manage Innovation Projects Manager.

To be successful in this role you will have significant experience of new product development and develop innovation strategies. You will also have experience or knowledge of working across multiple fundraising streams to drive income or growth. You will also be data savvy and competent at using data or insight to generate fundraising opportunities. Finally, you will have sound people skills in order to engage and inspire a team.

You will benefit of a salary between £51,000 to £54,000 and flexible working initiatives including occasional working from home, flexitime and condensed hours if required.
