This fantastic health charity are looking for a Digital Marketing professional to come and join their team. Within this role you can look forward to line managing a team of 3 people, and over seeing the strategic planning and growth of the charity's digital channels. You will be instrumental in overseeing growth, increasing engagement and ensuring that the charity's goals are met via their digital offering. You will be leading the digital marketing team, who oversee the website, email marketing and social media for the charity, and act as the lead of key digital projects, such as website and CRM redevelopment. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop the overarching marketing and communications strategy.

The ideal candidate will:

Be an experienced digital marketing professional
Have experience across the digital marketing mix (web, social and email)
Have strong line management experience
Have strong track record in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns
