Are you an experienced Trusts Manager? Can you write compelling funding proposals from scratch? Do you want to help one of the UK’s largest charities to fund lifesaving research?
 
We’re looking for a Development Manager - Trusts to manage a diverse portfolio of existing and prospective supporters, developing strong relationships which result in growing income for the team. 
 
Your focus will be on securing six figure gifts and pledges from private family Trusts and Foundations to reach an ambitious personal income target. You’ll ensure we provide high quality stewardship to existing donors to keep them up to date and encourage them to commit to long term support.
 
About you
 
You'll need proven experience of successful fundraising from both private family Trusts and Foundations funders and have experience of making successful five figure asks. With previous experience of working closely with senior stakeholders, internally and externally you’ll develop and execute solicitation plans.
 
With strong communication skills, including excellent written skills you’ll have the ability to write persuasively. Confident and articulate, you’ll be approachable, adaptable and able to work well within a team.
