Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), an organisation dedicated to world-leading training in the dramatic arts. We are recruiting for their newest Courses and Quality Officer to support the effective delivery of their BA (Hons) in Acting Programme. This position is being offered on a fixed term contract with RADA until the 31st December 2020.

This wide-ranging role will be responsible for the day to day administration of RADA's undergraduate acting programme, along with providing support in academic governance and quality assurance. Acting as a point of contact, you will respond to or redirect queries from students, staff, visiting tutors and directors, as well as maintain noticeboards for relevant courses and communication with students. Working closely with the Director of Actor Training, you will schedule tutorials on their behalf and assist in the distribution of weekly timetables. As the organisation's Courses and Quality Officer, you will also act as a secretary to the BA Acting course committee, taking minutes or notes when required and preparing meeting agendas.

To be considered for this role, you will have knowledge of drama or theatre through study, work or voluntary experience, coupled with proven experience in an administrative role. You will have exceptional customer service skills with the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people and prioritise competing deadlines, together with great organisational and IT skills, including data entry, word processing, spreadsheet packages and database use.

We believe our clients change the world for individuals, communities and society. For over 60 years Prospectus has been working across the UK and internationally to connect talented people with beyond profit organisations.
