Job Details
Every year, thousands of young people across London become homeless because of family breakdown, domestic abuse, poverty, gang violence, or war and persecution in their home country. New Horizon Youth Centre is a vital support network for 16-24 year olds in London with nowhere else to go. Through help with accommodation, support with employment, education and training and self-development workshops amongst other areas, our mission is to support any young person who finds themselves homeless in London and give their potential a home.

We are seeking a credible and engaged senior leader to lead our motivated and collaborative board. This individual will support the organisation in overseeing our strategy to maximise its impact and take the Centre to the next stage of its work.
You will have experience of strategic leadership at a senior level, governance experience from within a civil society organisation and an understanding of the issues facing homeless young people within London. Critically, you will be motivated by the vision and mission of New Horizon Youth Centre and be committed to living our values.
