Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to work within a leading Deaf organisation with Investors in People Silver Standard?

Our client’s Team provide a range of services that enable people to live more independently in the community. They currently have permanent full or part time opportunities available in Essex in their Independent Living team, providing one-to-one/group support to older Deaf adults and also those who have a learning disability and/or mental health condition. 

If you have experience in a similar role or want to do something different, but have the skills they are looking for, please get in touch. They provide training and monthly one-to-one supervision sessions. They also hold regular team meetings when you can get together with your colleagues to share experiences and ideas. The work may involve some evening and weekend work (up to a maximum of 2 weekends per month) as part of your contracted hours. This role requires you to be a car driver with access to a vehicle that you can use for work.
