Prospectus is excited to be working with The Access Project (TAP) to support their search for a new Interim Partnerships Director.
TAP is an innovative education charity that helps bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds beat the odds and secure places at top universities. Working in partnerships with schools, TAP supports students aged 14-18 through in-school mentoring and after-school tutoring through volunteers.
TAP get results, with students twice as likely to place at a top university than students from similar backgrounds. They are currently embarking on a strategy review process to increase their impact and scale significantly over the next five years. The Interim Partnerships Director will be a part of this exciting process and will lead a dedicated and ambitious fundraising and communications team of 8 who focus on partnerships in the areas of philanthropy, trusts and foundations, business and universities.
Whilst this is a maternity cover role it is by no means about 'holding the fort'. Over the year you will finalise and put into practice the new strategy, moving your team towards a goal of having predictable and sustainable voluntary income which will be almost double what it is now by 2025.
An experienced manager, you will have a track record of securing and stewarding five and six figure partnerships and a demonstrable record of increasing income for an organisation. You will be comfortable managing upwards, and will be ambitious and excited by the opportunities at TAP.
At Prospectus we invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you in your application. In order to apply please submit your CV in the first instance and begin to prepare your supporting statement. Should your experience be suitable, we will send you the full job description and will arrange for a call and/or meeting to brief you on the role.
