Pension Wise Guidance Specialist

Various hours available, including full-time. Part-time applicants can apply for 2.0, 2.5 or 3 days per week (those applying for 2.5 days per week must actually be able to work 2 days pw one week and then 3 days pw the next)

Fixed-term contract until March 31st 2021

Pension Wise provides guidance on pension freedoms to those aged over 50 with defined contributions schemes, enabling them to make informed choices about their pension pots. 

Citizens Advice Taunton is the employer for these vacancies and is part of a group service overseen by Citizens Advice Plymouth.  You will work from a variety of offices, and meet a large number of clients.  The service is funded by the Department for Work & Pensions, and is an important part of our Citizens Advice offer.  This post will see clients in locations such as East Devon, Shepton Mallet, Taunton and Weston-super-Mare. 

Please read the Person Specification regarding work experience requirements, and also the requirement to have a driving license and access to a car.

Candidates must be able to attend a residential training course spread intermittently over 3 weeks in January.
