About the role:
The Development Project Manager will project manage the successful delivery of a programme of schemes from inception to completion. A key member of the Development and Commercial Team, you will actively contribute to the team successfully achieving its objectives. You will be out and about taking ownership of a variety of development projects.
What they’re looking for:
● An awareness of the social housing sector products and general processes relating to the development of new affordable homes.
● Project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage a project team to deliver projects.
● The skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
● Knowledge of the development and planning process, and experience of delivering successful development projects from inception to completion.
● The ability to travel effectively and efficiently to our sites.
