Our client are at the forefront of providing excellent care for older adults and disabled or ill people living in their own homes in and around Shrewsbury. They have already established a good reputation for their service in Shropshire and now want to make their service available to more people.

To do this they are looking for an excellent Domiciliary Care Manager for the service who can quickly establish and build an outstanding service. The person appointed will be an inspirational leader providing sound professional leadership, demonstrating a caring and compassionate approach to both customers and staff. They will have the ability to manage a successful business to deliver a healthy return that can be invested in more and better services and conditions for their clients and staff.

They are looking for someone with the right attitude, motivation and commitment and good experience in domiciliary care. Good computer skills, numeracy and literacy are important but most of all the person appointed will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be fair minded. They are driven by quality not profit so if you believe people should receive the best care possible you will fit right in.

Due to the nature of the role, a full Driving Licence and vehicle are required, as regular travel to our office and care scheme locations are required. This role will also be subject to completing an enhanced DBS check.
