This independent charity was founded over 30 years ago and helps to ensure that all sectors are better governed, informed and understood. Currently they have over 225 members from all sectors. They do this through hosting over 100 events per year, offering leadership programs and even mentoring schemes across all sectors.
The Head of Leadership post will be managing a team of three and will report directly into the Chief Executive. The Head of Leadership will work across all areas of the organisation and design, deliver and evaluate the leadership programme. You'll be in charge of the Leadership budget and looking at opportunities to develop the offerings they currently provide their members. Furthermore you'll need to have the ability to generate new commercial opportunities at the same time as building on the current ones.
To be a success you must come from a Leadership, L&D or Independent Coaching background. You must be able to show a track record of developing and managing a team. Being able to Business develop and operate commercially is also an essential part of the role. Excellent communication skills are a must and you may be required to work additional hours when attending events.
