Job Details
We are working with a charity who are looking to recruit a Supporter Services Officer to join their team.
As Supporter Services Officer you will provide exceptional customer experience to all internal and external stakeholders for the organisation and promote this approach throughout the charity.
You will ensure supporter queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner and support fundraising activity across the charity through pro-active and effective supporter stewardship.
As Supporter Services Officer you will
- Deliver exceptional customer experience.
- provide professional and responsive service to supporter queries received via phone email, and post.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
They are looking for someone who
- Has proven customer relationship experience.
- Commercially minded with experience of driving customer value.
- Have an understanding of fundraising within a charity.
