They’re looking for an Assistant Domestic Abuse Practitioner to work independently to provide support to those in crisis at their refuge. You’ll help them regain control of their lives and develop skills to live independently.

As an Assistant Domestic Abuse Practitioner, you’ll be lone-working keeping customers in their refuges safe and well. By creating and hosting customer activities, taking referrals and signposting, updating risk assessments and communicating with the rest of the refuge team making sure customers get the support they need. Their refuge is funded by various organisations and agencies, so you’ll need to do all this while meeting funding requirements, targets and objectives.

You’ll need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle suitable for business use.

The successful person for this role will need to be DBS checked
