About this job

Are you looking for a part-time role and have the passion and skills to deliver great service to the charity's supporters? Then this role within the Supporter Care team may be for you! They are looking for someone to join a friendly, supportive team for around 2-3 days per week, working a maximum of 14 hours per week. They can be flexible on the working pattern for the role.

Experience of working in the charity sector beforehand is not essential, they are ultimately looking for someone with the drive and enthusiasm to deliver the best possible supporter experience to their supporters.

You will provide a high level of customer service and support to supporters, volunteers, groups, members of the public and internal customers through all communication channels. You will also contribute to the building and overall implementation of the whole of the Supporter Experience department’s objectives.
