Harris Hill is delighted to be assisting the fantastic UK-based mental health charity, Mind, in the search for a new Regional Corporate Partnerships Officer.

Mind is a National charity that works across the country, offering information and advice to people with mental health problems. The organisation relies on support right from the grass roots level, of communitiews and parishes, all the way up to the government level. Mind has recently secured a seven figure national partnership with a large scale UK food retailer, for 2019-21. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, this role will be responsible for the delivery of the fundraising stream of this partnership in your region, while also managing a small portfolio of your own partnerships. Mind's Fundraising department consists of four teams, generating a combined net income of 32 million per annum. As the postholder, you will be a part of the partnerships fundraising team, which generates income from major donors, charitable trusts and foundations. Together the team raises over 12 million per annum gross income for Mind's work.

Mind are looking for an experienced Partnerships Officer to join their expanding Fundraising Partnerships Team. The crux of the role, as a skilled relationship manager, is for you to provide first-rate account management and stewardship and develop creative fundraising and engagement plans to excite, inspire and maximise income and other opportunities for Mind. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in the implementation of agreed fundraising and engagement plans.
This role requires certain levels of experience and skills that needs to be proven or demonstrated. A track record of providing high level of customer care including building and maintaining relationships with partners to secure repeat support. Experience of working on a complex account or project with several internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage budgets including forecasting, monitoring, maintaining agreed cost/income ratios and regular reporting of outcome against KPIs. Demonstrable excellent written communication skills and project management skills. A proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
