A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join Garden House Hospice Care as their new Director of Income Generation.

Working across the communities of North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and towns and villages in Central Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, Garden House Hospice Care provides free, personalised palliative care to adults with life-limiting illnesses.

To continue to offer their wide range of services and invaluable care to patients, carers and their families, the hospice must raise at least £5 million per year.

Garden House Hospice Care is now looking for an exceptional leader that can provide visionary guidance to a busy income generation department, which includes 11 shops, a lottery programme and a fundraising team of 15. You will be required to develop, implement and deliver on the hospice's income generation strategy, maximising current income streams, identify new opportunities and always seeking to enhance the charity's profile and develop new relationships to benefit the hospice.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be a strong collaborative leader with experience working at a strategic level and have proven experience of generating significant income through at least two/three of the following disciplines; corporate, community, trusts, individual giving, lottery and retail.

Salary: 65,000 - 70,000 + Excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent
