TPP is proud to be partnering with a global girls' youth charity to recruit for Fundraising Manager specialising in Strategic Partnerships (Corporate). The role is paying up to £40,000 (depending on experience), permanent and based in NW London.

Organisation

The charity helps over a billion girls in the world to achieve their unlimited potential. They seek to create an environment where girls can learn by doing, make friends and have fun. They fundamentally believe all girls should be safe from judgement, stereotyping and violence. The charity aims to achieve this through their campaigns and programmes within the community.

The role

The corporate team has been very successful with current partners representing almost half of the overall charity's income. This has been achieved by partnering with a major global product consumer company, a global logistics company and a world leading IT cyber security organisation. You will continue to build on this success by developing these relationships and by bringing in new business/partnerships. You will work closely with the programmes team to build attractive cases for support/funding propositions for corporate donors.

Person Specification

You will have a good track record of nurturing and securing corporate partnerships/relationships. You will possess sound relationship management skills with a natural ability to engage and enthuse donors. You will also have excellent financial management skills for project planning and reporting. Finally, you will be passionate about improving the wellbeing of girls worldwide.

* The organisation embraces flexible working including flexitime and the option to work from home 1 day a week.
