Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive
Vauxhall, London

Do you have a background in developing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and fundraising initiatives? Are you passionate about challenging the stigma surrounding mental illness? If so, this is an incredible opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing charity partnerships.

About Us

Rethink Mental Illness is a national charity that helps those affected by mental illness. We aim to challenge attitudes and change lives. Currently, we directly support almost 60,000 people every year across England, helping them through crises, to live independently and to realise they are not alone.

We are part of Mental Health UK, a group of mental health charities in each of the four nations in the UK. We’re working together to raise funds so that more people across the UK can access support for their own mental health and for friends and family members who are affected by mental illness.

We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive to join the Mental Health UK team on a fixed-term contract until December 2021 to help us raise in excess of £2m per year through our charity partnership with a major corporate partner.

The Benefits

- Salary of £31,372 - £33,550 per annum (Including Inner London Weighting)
- Pension scheme
- 33 days’ holiday per annum including Bank Holidays
- “Your Rethink Day” – an additional day of leave for your birthday
- Paid eye test plus up to £55 towards new glasses or lenses (where appropriate)

As our Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will have the chance to join an ambitious group of charities that are dedicated to empowering and supporting people who are affected by mental illness.

Your role will see you working with a passionate, fun team who are hard-working and enjoy working collaboratively to inspire people to change lives through fundraising.

The Role

As a Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will develop and manage a number of exciting fundraising campaigns to meet or exceed fundraising targets and maximise engagement from staff who work for our corporate partner.

Working closely with our Charity Partnership team, you will:

- Steward staff through their fundraising journey with us
- Work with key stakeholders to develop a campaign to maximise divisional fundraising
- Collate content from colleagues to effectively communicate the story of the corporate partnership
- Evaluate the success of fundraising activities

About You

To join us as a Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will need:

- Experience of developing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and fundraising initiatives within a large corporate environment
- Experience of developing and overseeing the delivery of new fundraising initiatives
- Previous experience of managing successful stewardship campaigns
