Engagement & Advocacy Coordinator

This is an exciting time to join our client’s creative and dynamic Engagement & Advocacy Team as an Engagement & Advocacy Coordinator.

This is a busy role for a talented individual who has experience of co-ordinating events and training, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and is passionate about raising awareness of the youth sector. They are looking for someone who is proactive and uses their initiative to find creative solutions and manage priorities. You will have excellent attention to detail, be super organised and a team player.

About Our Client:
They provide young people aged 8-25 with high quality services, delivered through a network of 3,536 local youth organisations across the UK. Together they offer support, advice and training to over 1.5 million young people to equip them with skills for the future and help them engage in education, volunteering and employment.


About the role:
Their Engagement & Advocacy team leads and engages with their movement of organisations and individuals to stand with young people and campaign for them to have access to high quality services in their community. 

Reporting to the Engagement & Advocacy Manager this role will work across the Engagement & Advocacy Team, to support the efficient day to day running of the Engagement & Advocacy Team and help to deliver the movement offer through co-ordinating a range of events and opportunities and developing effective account management processes. The Engagement & Advocacy Coordinator will also provide relevant support to deliver their quality assurance services and administering the certification of their Achievement Awards and other quality products.

A salary of £22,000-£26,000, dependent on experience and other benefits including:
