Prospectus is excited to be working with The Children's Society to support their search for a new Head of Corporate Engagement. The Head of Corporate Engagement will be a pioneer in corporate engagement and will drive the organisation to develop new transformative strategic partnerships.

This sector leading organisation is looking for an energetic, optimistic individual with a passion for trying new things and making them happen to join their successful and ambitious High Value Team. The Head of Corporate Engagement will not be afraid to challenge and will bring fresh new ideas and perspectives to traditional methods.

This is a leadership role, which will lead and inspire high value relationship managers to develop long term strategy relationships with supporters and partners. The role will work directly with the CEO, senior management and high-level volunteers to identify, brief, ask, steward, cultivate and engage prospective and current corporates.

The Children's Society are looking for candidates who have in-depth corporate engagement/fundraising experience and strong internal and external stakeholder management experience. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the ability to develop new ways to attract supporters and/or ways of working. Most importantly, the Head of Corporate Engagement will be excited to try new things and will aim to deliver the best corporate fundraising partnerships and engagement in the sector!
