Prospectus is proud to be collaborating with a leading animal welfare organisation working globally with individuals and communities to prevent and tackle the exploitation of animals. Our client is looking to hire their next Part-Time Fundraising and Communications PA/Administrator, who will be assisting the Director of Fundraising and Communications for 3 days a week.

The role holder will undertake diary management duties, will co-ordinate travel arrangements for the Director and Heads of Department and set up events, conferences and meetings. Working alongside multiple administrators, the successful candidate will manage internal communication systems, fostering the team's organisational efficiency. Finally, but importantly, the new Fundraising and Communications PA/Administrator will be responsible for communicating across the organisation to deliver insightful reports and will provide ad hoc financial support to the department.
The successful candidate will have a background in a support role, as well as a proven track record of working on the development and implementation of efficient systems within a team. Accompanied with strong general administrative skills, you will be proficient in dealing with tight deadlines and you will be an excellent communicator with outstanding organisational skills.
