Harris Hill is delighted to be assisting the fantastic UK-based children's charity, NSPCC, in the search for a new Sports Board Partnerships Manager at their London Office.

NSPCC is a National charity that works across the country, striving to prevent the abuse of children and helping those that have been victims of it. The organisation relies on the fundraising support of people across the UK for 90% of its annual income. This role sits with the Volunteer Partnerships team, which is within three volunteer fundraising boards. The boards' aim is to provide maximum resources for the NSPCC. The main way that this is achieved is through; networks, corporate partnerships, major gifts from individuals and collaboration with popular brands. You, as the postholder, will be involved with a board who are celebrating their 20th anniversary. Furthermore, you will be building an informal network of wider supporters across the sport industry to help to do more to protect children.

NSPCC are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join their expanding sports board team. The crux of the role is to increase fundraising opportunities from several specific donors and prospects, managing the relationship to maximise income over the long term. Other vital aspects include; innovative ways to work with board members, build upon and develop the Sports Board's strategy, contribute towards achieving the annual financial target of 2 million.
To be considered for this role you will need to be well versed in building and managing relationships with current and future donors. Significant experience of successful fundraising from donors. Demonstrable excellent written communication skills and project management skills. A proficiency in using software such as Proactis.
