Financial Planning & Reporting Manager
Salary: £39,970 to £53,293 per annum
Hours: Full time
Reporting to the Head of Finance and leading a team of 8 finance professionals this role has responsibility for overseeing all financial aspects of the organisations financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, compliance and finance business support of the organisations directorates.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a track record of leading a strong business partnering culture, supporting and managing system changes, delivering robust financial analysis and supporting large scale projects. You will be a team orientated leader with excellent communication skills and be proficient at leading change and continuous improvement with the ability to influence at all levels.
Our client is the largest nature conservation charity in the UK with 1.2 million members, total annual income of circa £140m and approximately 2,000 employees and 12,000 volunteers. They manage over 200 nature reserves in the UK and undertake a wide range of research, policy, advisory and educational activities both in the UK and internationally.
