The charity has its UK headquarters near Farringdon and they are looking for a versatile Recruitment Manager to help with a large number of vacancies across the charity.
The main purpose of the job is to manage the end to end recruitment process, ensuring the correct applicants are hired for a wide range of vacancies that the charity is recruiting for. You'll be asked to identify recruiting trends and help develop the brand through adverts and candidate interaction. Other areas of the role involve building strong relationships with agencies and line managers. You will report back on the diversity data to different areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will have international recruitment experience from a non-profit organisation. They need someone with excellent communication skills who is able to promote the organisation. You must have a hands-on approach to work and be flexible to deal with a number of vacancies at one time. This job will suit someone that is good at meeting deadlines and able to hit the ground running.
