Description

The successful senior Marcomm Manager responsibilities will be:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will manage a team and budgets, ensuring that the marketing team develop and execute the strategic marketing plans. Responsibilities include;

• Building communications plans across traditional and digital media to deliver the medium-term strategy and near-term sales growth across multiple brands

• The execution and management of marketing campaigns in support of the wider sales effort, with end to end measurement of activities and outcomes

• Using your strong commercial and analytical acumen to deliver continuous marketing ROI improvement, measured against sales and profit growth

• Identifying opportunistic marketing actions that support the medium-term strategy

• Working closely with the internal sales, external sales and on-boarding teams to ensure the customer journey and experience are exceptional

• Work with internal teams to highlight areas that may result in customer attrition

• Management of external marketing agencies that support the marketing function

Profile

Senior Marcomm Manager Requirements:

• Significant Marketing experience that includes team management and structured campaign building across both digital and traditional marketing channels and activities

• The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, great people skills and a positive 'can do' approach to tasks and challenges

• Solid commercial analysis skills, a customer centric approach and a continuous improvement mindset are also essential

• Exposure to and understanding of the 7P's

• Suitable marketing qualifications would be of benefit

• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Outlook

• Driving licence as occasional travel may be required

Job Offer

The successful Senior Marcomm Manager, based in Gloucestershire will receive:

£50,000 - £55,000
