We are looking for a new Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Charity team and work with our amazing clients and candidates in a truly collaborative environment! This is an exciting time for us as we build on the team's ongoing success and offer a warm desk to a committed individual to develop current clients and build new relationships across the beyond profit sector.
The right candidate will have experience in customer service and an interest to take on more responsibility in recruitment in the beyond profit space. You will enjoy engaging with people and have a real desire to learn and grow. Working closely with the Team Leader and consultant, the post will ensure bookings are attained, filled, and compliant to a high standard for both candidates and clients alike. For the team, recruitment is all about relationship building and this post will play a pivotal role in delivering on that. This role will suit a capable and flexible individual who takes pride in their work. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to establish themselves as an outstanding temporary consultant in a specialist consultancy very different from the rest.
