As Communications Officer, you will be at the forefront of creative content production and management across the full suite of delivery platforms, from digital marketing and social media to broadcast and consumer PR. You will be responsible for creating compelling stories that change hearts and minds to support our client's priority work and campaigns.

Working within the new Communications & Marketing team for England, you will work with your colleagues to build and deliver the country communications plan that will achieve this vision. You will support their major campaigns, carry out destination marketing for their major visitor reserves, and create compelling content to promote their work saving species, and delivering land and seas well managed for nature.

You will have a passion for creating remarkable content that inspires audiences to do the incredible.

You will be skilled in telling inspiring stories, using the full range of communications platforms. You will have skills and practical experience in: managing social media accounts, including use of analytics to monitor outcomes; creating digital content; digital promotion and marketing; destination marketing; broadcast interview skills; producing long-lead consumer PR content; and visitor signage / interpretation.

Working within a dispersed team, you will need to work under your own initiative but within clear priorities and work programmes. You will be expected to provide support, advice and training on all areas of communications to their operational teams across England. This will require determination, innovation, adaptability and resilience.

Above all, you will be an outstanding communicator who can instil in others the passion you feel for saving nature.
