Description

This Digital Marketing Executive sits within the commercial team. It is focused on driving attendance to their leading conferences, covering a variety of topics within the sector. The role has an impressive level of responsibility for a large multinational body, touching on their key digital channels: email, social media, and the website.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination and maintenance of each, ensuring a smooth customer journey to encourage satisfaction and, ultimately, event bookings. With your in-depth exposure to users, you will also be a valuable input for customer insight, which can be used to iteratively improve their offering and efficacy. Working across key steakholders, the Digital Marketing Executive will manage, analyse and assess the impact of these campaigns.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

Exposure to the production, deployment and assessment of email marketing campaigns, including content creation and editing.

Understanding marketing automation and audience segmentation.

Ability to manage Content Management Systems, editing and publishing engaging content.

Ability to manage social media channels, curating and creating content to drive conversions.

Very strong organisational skills with the ability to work to conflicting deadlines across a variety of projects.

Capacity to develop, plan, cost and manage end to end campaigns, improving the customer journey throughout.

Exposure working to KPIs in a commercial environment.
