Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a charity that believes their greatest asset and key to their success is people, in their search for an Internal Communications Officer for a 6 month, fixed term contract.

The overall purpose of this role is to help support the launch of the organisation's brand new strategy across multi-channel campaigns. You will use your creative skills and editorial management experience to actively manage and source content for all channels. You will be responsible for ensuring they are delivering communications that support and promote their organisational strategy, goals, values and behaviours, and will work with the conference and events team to support staff. Being responsible for the day to day running of the intranet platform is also a big part of this role, which includes liaising with stakeholders to ensure content is user friendly and up to date.

To be successful as an Internal Communisations Officer, it is essential to have experience of managing multiple projects, the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively, experience managing external supplier relationships, and knowledge of E-Comms platforms. You will be able to build and maintain positive working relationships, have excellent copywriting skills and be comfortable working to tight deadlines.
