Our client is a leading provider of mental health services in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to work on their new Advice and Information Helpline. The service will run from their Wellbeing Hub in Erdington and will support calls from all of Birmingham. As a Helpline worker, you will be taking calls from residents of Birmingham who are experiencing mental health difficulties as well as carers, friends and family.
You will be engaging with callers, assisting them to get support from one of Birmingham Mind’s services or signposting them to relevant external services. You will provide a friendly, non-judgmental listening ear.
