TPP are proud to be supporting a leading international development charity in their search for a Head of Institutional Funding - FTC 12 months.
Looking for someone to start in December, this role will lead the international institutional fundraising team including 10+ staff with 5 direct reports.
An exciting opportunity, this is a chance to work with a globally recognized organisation and take a strategic direction on their institutional income.
Keeping on top of institutional donor trends, this role will lead the team to coordinate their approaches in an effective and efficient manner, increasing income and working towards the team target of £70 million.
It will also be responsible for managing key institutional donors, such as the EU which currently raises £12.5m for the charity.
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience in institutional fundraising
- Confidence in leading a team and knowledge of a matrix structure
- Ability to manage large budgets and secure seven figure donations
- Ideally experience within an international organisation
