Head of Investment and Repairs

£60,000 per annum

Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

Our client is an independent housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders in Gloucester.

They are looking for a self-motivated individual who is highly organised and can demonstrate a strong customer focus. 

The role is a busy one, with many different tasks required to be undertaken by a very well organised individual. You will have management responsibility for PropertyCare, their in house repairs service, and the Asset Management team. You will also have direct management responsibility for the the PropertyCare Manager, Senior Surveyor, Compliance Coordinator, Business Support Manager and the Property Services Accountant.

You must have a comprehensive understanding of Asset Viability Modelling, along with a sound knowledge of the procurement process of contractors and suppliers in accordance with OJEU requirements.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will work with the Executive Leadership team to set the strategic direction of the organisation and work with the Operational Managers to review and develop services, setting smart goals and directing employees to achieve results as required by the corporate plan and business plan in line with the Mission, Vision and Values of the organisation.
