The Campaign Manager based in Bath responsibilities will be:

Primary responsibilities

• Delivering engaging email marketing campaigns to our database of members

• Engage with clients regularly by phone and email

• Contributing to the continuous implementation of marketing automation and other technologies that improve the service provided

• Managing marketing campaign details and contacts

• Planning workflow and activities with internal teams

Profile

The successful the Campaign manager will have:

Essential

• A good solid understanding of marketing practices and a marketing background
  

• Ability to develop and manage successful working relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service

• Understanding of the most effective web, mobile, and social technology platforms
  

• Advanced computer program skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM
  

• Ability to create innovative solutions
• High attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Self-starter with ambition, energy and the initiative to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively

Desirable

• Educated to degree level (this could be marketing or in a science related area)
  
• Science A level qualifications

• E-mail marketing (HTML)
  
• CRM experience
  
• Experience of working within a publishing or agency environment

• Tech savvy and well versed in the latest digital thinking around social media and mobile
