Prospectus is delighted to be working with a leading central London youth action charity to support their search for a new Fundraising Manager.

Over the past 22 years, this charity has grown into anorganisation that supports hundreds of young volunteers each year in tackling the issues that matter the most to them. They champion and believe in the power of young people to be leaders in creating positive change for themselves, their peers and the community. Working with a variety of local businesses, young people are provided with mentoring and work experience opportunities.

This is a great time to be joining the organisation as they have some ambitious and exciting goals for the next three years. The main focus of this position will be to secure the revenue and core funding needed from trusts and foundations and statutory sources. There is also a push towards diversifying and broadening their funding base, so there is real scope for idea sharing.

The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraiser with a background in trusts and foundations. You will have excellent written and verbal skills and enjoy building and growing long term relationships with funders and stakeholders. In addition, you will be a team player with a commitment and passion for their vision and mission.
