Partnerships Officer

As a member of the Fundraising Team, you will be working with fun, lively and often noisy people who celebrate achievements and laugh through adversity! Alongside a demanding workload, we enjoy fun team days, lunches out and supporting one another. We’re part of something amazing, changing people’s lives, and there is nothing more rewarding than that.

We’re looking for a relational person to nurture a group of donors; meeting their needs as supporters to increase financial support for our work. It’s a fast-paced role which demands high attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills. Telling the stories of the communities we support is vital to this role, so you’ll have an external mentor who will hone your superb writing skills to fundraising perfection and guide you through training.  

The Leprosy Mission England and Wales (TLMEW) is a leading international Christian development organisation with over 140 years’ experience and is part of the TLM worldwide family. TLMEW serves the poorest of the poor in 10 countries across Africa and Asia, raising funds to provide life-changing healthcare, education, training, housing, clean water and job opportunities for people who have only ever known suffering and rejection. There is an occupational requirement for the Partnership Officer to be a practising Christian.
