About the role/person
We are looking for a real team player who has a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising with a proven track record of excellent leadership, strategic and campaign management skills.

As Individual Giving Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a high performing team, generating over £4m each year. Improving and delivering audience insight led engagement strategies and supporter journeys, the post holder will develop the individual giving programme to convert and retain prospects and supporters.
Creating inspiring storytelling to build long-term relationships with donors, the Individual Giving Manager will manage campaigns and projects effectively, ensuring that best practice and regulatory guidelines are followed.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, project management and direct marketing skills, and be passionate about the work of Samaritans.
Our location
Our Central Office is located in a converted mill in Ewell, Surrey which is in zone 5, and just over 30 minutes by train from Waterloo and 15 minutes from Wimbledon.
